MR (Medical Representative)
We Are Seeking A Highly Motivated And Results-oriented Medical Representative To Join Our Sales Team. As A Medical Representative, You Will Be Responsible For Promoting And Selling Our Pharmaceutical & Surgical Products To Healthcare Professionals, Including Physicians, Pharmacists, And Other Relevant Stakeholders, Within A Defined Territory.

Medical Representative Role & Responsibilities
- Promote And Sell Pharmaceutical Products To Healthcare Professionals Such As Doctors, Pharmacists, And Medical Staff.
- Provide Detailed Information About Products, Including Benefits, Usage, And Potential Side Effects.
- Conduct Field Marketing Activities To Promote The Company's Pharmaceutical And Surgical Products.
- Build And Maintain Strong Relationships With Healthcare Professionals, Chemists, And Distributors.
- Provide Regular Feedback On Market Trends, Competitor Activities, And Customer Needs.
- Keep Up-to-date With The Latest Product Information And Industry Trends.
- Ensure Timely Reporting And Documentation As Per Company Norms.
- Maintain Clean, Honest And Healthy Image For End-user, Customers And Distributors.
- Maintain At A Minimum Target Levels Of Sales, Productivity And Performance.
- Contribute To The Team Environment By Assisting Fellow Employees And Participating Constructively In Team Meetings.

Educational Requirement
Bachelor's Degree In Pharmacy (B. Pharm)
Bachelor's Degree In Science (Bsc)
Master Degree In Pharmacy (M. Pharm)
MBA In Healthcare Management

Experience Requirement
Minimum 1 Year Of Experience In Pharma Industry
Freshers Are Also Encouraged To Apply

Additional Requirement
Strong Communication, Interpersonal, And Presentation Skills.Candidate Should Mandatorily Possess a 2 Wheeler and License.
